目的 可视化分析1998年至2017年补血中药的研究热点和发展前沿。方法 从中国知网数据库（CNKI）中收集到1182篇补血中药的研究型文献，利用科学计量学工具CiteSpace构建文献关键词共现网络，分析文献关键词的共现关系和聚类特征。结果 通过关键词共现网络的节点中心性和突现性分析，发现补血中药当前的研究热点主要集中在方剂、补血药、活血化瘀药、何首乌及用药规律。关键词共现网络的聚类分析表明，补血中药研究的科学前沿主要为当归安全性评价、当归药对配伍机制、四物汤及其类方分析。结论 本研究通过对补血中药研究领域知识结构的可视化分析，揭示了研究热点、科学前沿和发展趋势，以期为相关研究的开展提供预测与参考。
Objective To present the emerging trends and new developments appearing in the literature of hematinic agents of traditional Chinese medicines (HATCM) based on relevant experimental articles published between 1998 and 2017. Methods Totally 1182 relevant articles of HATCM are derived from CNKI database. A keywords co-occurrence network is constructed and visualized for identifying emerging trends and new developments using CiteSpace. The keywords co-occurrence network is constructed and visualized. Results The most predominant areas of HATCM could be investigated in terms of topological and temporal dynamics through nodes analysis. A total of 6 distinctive keywords, including herbal formulae, hematinic agents of traditional Chinese medicines, blood-activating and eliminating-stasis agents of traditional Chinese medicines, Polygonum multiflorum, Si- wu Decoction, and combinational roles, could demonstrate the most active areas, and bridge the gap between different scientific domains in the field of HATCM. On the other hand, the studies of Angelica sinensis Radix involving biological safety and mechanisms of combinational roles, and multiple analyses of Si-wu Decoction as well as its similar herbal formulae have experienced considerable developments based on cluster analysis. In conclusion, the knowledge mapping domain is used for landscaping the scientific structure of HATCM researches, indicating the most predominant areas, and investigating the newly emerged developments. Conclusion: This work provides a significant clue for predicting the development tendency of further researches in the field of HATCM.
