目的 采用Medcase V3.2数据记录挖掘系统分析中药治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性的组方规律。方法 搜索2009年至2019年期间PubMed、中国知网、万方数据库和维普网中治疗奥沙利铂周围神经毒性文献中包含的口服中药处方，将数据输入Medcase V3.2数据记录挖掘系统，采用软件中关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法，分析中药治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性的药物使用频次，药物之间的关联规则、处方规律、核心组方、潜在药对等。结果 筛选出的60首处方中共涉及119味中药，8个核心组合，并在核心组合的基础上演算出4条新组方。结论 通过Medcase V3.2数据记录挖掘系统在一定程度上揭示了中药治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性处方用药规律，有助于为中医药治疗奥沙利铂神经毒性的辨证治疗、临床研究和新药研发提供参考。
Objective To analyze the composition principles of herbal oral prescription that treat Oxaliplatin-induced neuropathy by Medcase V3.2 Data Record Mining System. Methods The papers on prescriptions about treating oxaliplatin-induced neuropathy with herbal during 2009 to 2019 were searched in PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang DATA, and VIP, then the datum were entered into Medcase V3.2 Data Record Mining System. An supervised data mining methods such as association rules and complex system entropy clustering were adopted to analyze the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Oxaliplatin- induced neuropathy, association rules between drugs, prescription rules, and core formulations, etc. Results Finally, a total of 119 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in the 60 prescriptions selected. 8 core combinations were found and 4 new prescriptions were calculated on the basis of the core combination. Conclusion Medcase V3.2 Data Record Mining System was used to reveal to some extent the prescription rule of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of Oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxicity. It can help to provide reference for the treatment of OXIN, clinical research and new drug development.
